ASPIA RETURNS POLICY
At Aspia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
All bags must remain in their original packaging, have their tags attached and have no damage to them. We will accept no liability if bags are not in the original condition and damaged upon receiving them. We reserve the right to refuse bags if they’re damaged or squashed in transit.
Upon receiving the bag, a refund will be made to the card you used to purchase the bag (s) as per terms and conditions. The time it takes to issue the refund can depend on your bank and issuer, however from our side it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a return with us here.
2. Enter your order number and email address to begin.
3. Follow the prompts and choose the items you wish to return.
4. After your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
5. Retain your proof of posting receipt to track your return and ensure your item arrives safely.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your purchase, then you must do so the moment you place your order up until 30 days after you receive your bag. This 30 day period is crucial, anything outside you will not receive a refund.
