What shipping options are available?
We offer free standard 3 business day delivery from order date, but if you need it in a hurry, we can send on expedited 2 business day delivery for $2.95.
For expedited delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm PST to go out the same day (business days only). Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States but hope to ship to additional countries in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
What should I do if my package is delayed?

RETURNS
What is your return policy?

Will I be charged for return shipping?
No. Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with a prepaid returns shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 5 days to clear in your account dependent on your banking provider.
ORDER
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible. You have a 2 hour window to request a cancellation. While we will do our utmost to fulfill your request within this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If we are unable to accommodate your cancellation request, you may instead request a free returns. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@aspia.store immediately.

Do your bags come with a warranty?
